MJSGL-1 Single Facer Line

Introduction:
Single facer line is also called 2-layer corrugated paperboard production line. The Single facer Line is composed of Paper Roll stand, Single facer machine, circumvolve paper cutting machine. To use the web paper material single face machine production line, producing and cutting single face corrugated paper as required sizes, it forms the corrugated board with no need drying. This unit has the advantages of reasonable fabric, advanced technology, high quality of production, high efficiency, low workmanship, operation and maintenance easy. This is the preferred equipment for the production of corrugated cardboard of the cardboard factories.

MJSF-270V Single Facer 

Introduction:
Single Facer is the main machine for producing the corrugated paperboard. Vacuum suction model single facer has very good production precision. The choose of the machine is directly effecting the quality of the corrugated paperboard.
 
Characteristics:
1. Cover vacuum suction.
2. Corrugating roll is made of high quality alloy steel 48CrMo, the surface is medium-frequency quenched and chrome-plated. Hardness can reach HRC55~60, which ensures good wear-resistance and long life service.
3. Independent transmission box, transmit by shaft coupling.
4. Glue roll is lifted and lowered pneumatically.
5. Independent glue clean device and electric glue-separate board to control the width of glue.
6. Manually regulate or electrically regulate the display device.
7. Lubricated by high temperature lubricate grease.
8. Surface of all dancing rolls and preheating rolls is grinded and chrome-plated.
9. Pressure roll is medium- frequency quenched and chrome-plated.
10. Maximum speed 100-120m/min, width 1400mm~2000mm.
11. Preheating rolls, pressure rolls and corrugating rolls all meet the National Standard of Pressure Vessel. Working pressure is 1.1MPa.

MJRS-2 Electrical Roll Stand

Characteristics
1) The structure is symmetrical, can load two rolls raw paper at the same time, can change the paper roll without stop the machine. The tighten, loosen, up and down, move for center, left and right moving all use electrical control.
2) Effective working width: 1600mm, 1800mm,2000mm, 2200.
3) Max. raw paper diameter: Ø1400mm

6) Each roll sand has two paper roll sending rails, two paper roll up dolly. Rail is made from the welding of the 12# channel steel and direction-leading pole. The dolly is made from 12# channel steel, the length of the rail is 4500mm.

3) Each roll stand has two paper roll sending rails, two paper roll up dolly, it can load the paper roll in two sides at the same time.
