2. In-Feed Unit Features
It consists of a steel roller and a rubber roller.
Precision regulator control the drawing tension.
Adjustment of engaging&disengaging and pressure of rubber roller are controlled by pneumatic component.
The steel roller is driven by independent vector motor, transmitted by circular arc cog belt synchronously.
Tension swing roller check tension by potentiometer, PLC and transducer can achieve closed-loop control.
