1.Raw water Tank
The drinking water flows into the raw water tank which can cushion the impact on system operation causes by the pipe network water pressure instability. The raw water tank is equipped with: Electric water slowly open valve, pressure transmitter, back outlet, the outlet and exhaust ports and so on.
2.Raw water booster pump
The system is equipped with a Raw water booster pump. The raw water booster pump can be started by automatic /manual according to different requirement.
3.Plate Heat Exchange
The plate-type heat exchange before the multi-media filter parallels can periodically pasteurize on the raw water tank, multi-media filters, activated carbon filters and precision filter. It can reduce the biological load of the pretreatment system, restore the adsorption capacity of the activated carbon, and to delay the decay of activated carbon adsorption. The pasteurize will be done once in 2-4 weeks .It will be used to increase the raw water temperature in the winter to ensure the water production systems.
4.Multi-media filters & activated carbon filter
4.1 Multi-media filters work principle
The multi-media filters is filled with refined quartz sand.When the water flows through the filter layer from the top to the bottom, the suspended solids and Gluten particles in the water are adhered to the quartz sand. So raw water turbidity and pollution index is decreased.
When the pressure difference reaches a certain value, the device stops the backwash. The recoil is supplemented by compressed air to make the recoil more thoroughly. Backwash time is about 10 to 15 minutes.
4.2 Activated carbon filter working principle
The water filtered by the multi-media filter flows though the activated charcoal filter layer from the top to the bottom. Then the residual chlorine, organics, colloidal silica, odor, and some heavy metal ions and oxidizing substances in the water are activated by carbon adsorption, so as to achieve water purification purpose, Also the water which flows into the reverse osmosis membrane achieves the requirements.
Precision filter is deep filter processing equipment. It can partial remove corresponding retention ≥ 5μm suspended solids and effectively reduce turbidity and SDI values. Moreover, It can prevent the high-pressure reverse osmosis membrane element from the damage particles ≥ 5μm damage in the processing of the system.
6.Reverse osmosis device
Reverse osmosis water treatment device is a membrane separation technology and equipment. It is the most important equipment in this system. It can not only continuous removal of most of the inorganic ions, but also to remove the water almost all organic matter, bacteria, heat, viruses, and particles. Is one of the world's most advanced pure water technology.
Water pressure is increased by high-pressure pump to the desired working pressure. And then the water be sent into the reverse osmosis unit.
Reverse osmosis water production ≥15m³ / h. reverse osmosis water is sent to the middle of the tank as the second grade reverse osmosis water. reverse osmosis water production plant ≥9m³ / h, second grade reverse osmosis water be sent to EDI devices.
The system is equipped with a set the film member cleaning device. When the film member be contaminated, it can be used to chemical clean.
7.Middle Water Tank
Middle water tank is used to store the purified water. It can cushion the impact on system operation causes by the pipe network water pressure instability.
Electrode-ionization(EDI) is a technical which uses ion exchange membrane, ion exchange resins and no chemical regeneration continuous electrical to obtain high purity purified water. Suitable for water quality demanding industries.
EDI has the following advantages:

Produced water resistance: ≥5 MΩ, water production >= 8m³ / h
9. Control Description
General: The system uses programmable logic controller (PLC) control, and is equipped with industrial computer display and operating system. The appropriate level of control at all levels need password to enter which can ensure the safety of the entire system. The system can achieve automatic control and manual control modes of operation. The system is equipped with total control cabinet to display the state of each pump and automatic meter (run / stop status )and the testing data; The system is equipped with alarm display (LEDs) and alarm (buzzer).
A) The raw tank level gauge controls the opening and closing of the electric valve. When the water is at high-level, the electric slow valve is closed. When the water is at middle-leave, the electric is opening. When the water is at low level the entire system can not run;
2) High-pressure pump and export are equipped with high / low voltage protection. When the import and export pressure can not satisfy the system settings, the system will not run automatically and the police;
3) an intermediate tank level instrument control the two grade reverse osmosis water production (status / self-loop state).When the system is at high level, the reverse osmosis pretreatment system starts circulating and also the reverse osmosis system starts the circulation status. The water level began to produce at low level since the reverse osmosis system into circulation;
4) EDI water production plant producing water-side set back to the original tank failure, automatically enter the purified water tank after water production qualified.
