Rotary cup mask melting and cutting machine is an equipment independently developed and produced by Nanfang Lijin Company specifically for the process of cup masks. It uses the principle of ultrasonic welding to weld the edges, and then cools the steel knife to cut the waste edges of the mask. Two independent processes are creative. The six-station turntable works automatically and continuously, and the operation is simple and fast. It can be operated by a single machine, and the production efficiency is 10-12 pieces per minute.
Equipment process flow: put the material into the bottom mold→start the machine→automatic welding→automatic trimming→take out the formed mask→discharge again→take out the formed mask again (6 station cycle work)
