Product Introduction
This machine is a printing machine which adopts flexible photosensitive resin plates, rubber plates as the base material, anilox rollers for transferring ink, liquid ink for printing. It is controlled centrally by PLC system and generally consists of unwinding section, tension control section, infeed traction section, printing section, drying section, outfeed traction section, rewinding section and control section. This machine is an ideal machine for printing paper cup, carton, paper bag and so on.

Unwinding Section
  1. Separate single-station unwinding rollstand with hydraulic lifting device.
  2. Air shaft for material loading.
  3. Magnetic powder brake for unwinding and automatically constant tension controller for unwinding tension control.
  4. Automatic Alarm Function: if the diameter of material reel becomes too small, it will decelerate the machine and remind the operator for replacement.
  5. Automatic Stop Function: the machine stops automatically when materials are broken.
  6. Equipped with air gun for quickly injecting compressed air.

Infeed Section

Printing Section (6 colors)
  1. This section contains 6 stations; each station is responsible for printing 1 color.
  2. Integral alloy iron double layer frame; 45 degrees helical gears for transmission.
  3. Main motor with inverter for speed control; timing belt for transmission.
  4. Ceramic anilox roller for ink transferring; single-blade reverse ink-scraping system.
  5. Pneumatic clutch pressure for anilox rollers and plate rollers.
  6. When the machine stops, anilox rollers and plate rollers can be disengaged automatically.
  7. Introduce automatic ink-feeding pump; ink can be recycled during machine's running, which ensures the uniformity of printing quality.
  8. Enable to quickly change the anilox roller and stainless ink box without any tools.
  9. Printing Cylinder: 1 set (printing length can be decided by customer).
  10. Transmission gears: CP1/8.
  11. Automatic Cleaning Printing Plate Function: when the machine stops and the anilox roller has been disengaged, the printing cylinder will continue running to transfer the ink left onto paper, to keep the printing plate clean.
  12. Automatic Preventing Clogging Function: when the machine stops, the anilox roller will rotate to prevent the ink on its surface from drying and blocking holes (meshes) on it.

Outfeed Unit
  1. Integral alloy iron double layer frame is adopted in this section.
  2. Double rubber nipper roller is used for paper feeding, whose pressure can be adjusted by pneumatic cylinder.
  3. This section can instantaneously shoot and detect the printed material during the printing process and movable transversely.
  4. The detection location can be set in transverse and longitudinal directions.
  5. It can zoom and observe the image with a fixed position to guarantee the printing quality.
Rewinding Unit
  1. Separate single-station unwinding rollstand with hydraulic lifting device.
  2. Air shaft for material loading.
  3. This section is driven by motor and adopts closed loop tension control with floating roller.
  4. Automatic Stop Function: the machine stops automatically when materials are broken.
  5. Equipped with air gun for quickly injecting compressed air.

Drying Section
  1. Separate drying system (electric heating).
  2. I.R. short-wave heating and drying system (the temperature is adjustable).
  3. Hot air and natural air drying system including exhaust fan and blower.
  4. Hot air recycling system, with adjustable device for in/outfeeding air.
  5. Central Exhaust System: waste gas will be exhausted centrally by exhaust fan.
Control Section
  1. The whole machine is centrally controlled by PLC system, which has self-diagnosis function and monitors the machine status.
  2. Text screen is adopted for input control and machine status display.
  3. The machine is mainly controlled by inverter-fed motor.
  4. Magnetic powder brake for unwinding and automatically constant tension controller for unwinding tension control.
  5. Closed loop tension control system for rewinding, which ensures the perfect rewinding edge alignment. 
  6. Hot air control with 2 levels: high and low.
  7. I.R. drying control with 2 types: broad band and narrow band.
  8. Automatic Alarm Function: if the diameter of material reel becomes too small, it will decelerate the machine and remind the operator for replacement.
