Introduction:

The machine is welded and painted steel frame; Horizontal loader to help blank positioning, blank picking by vacuum cups controlled by venturi system (one venturi system for each vacuum cup ). Forming head controlled by inverter
Citrus folding system controlled by pneumatic pistons and with possibility of setting both height and width. Glue applicator equipped. Glue system, hot melt gluing user friendly interface with touch screen that helps the operator in reading and performing machine parameters. Available size parameters. Painting frame RAL2004 ;Panels RAL7035. Machine designed and manufactured according to the related CE safety riles 2006/42/CE/(2004/108/CE et 2006/95/CE).
