Introduction
RYL-600Y Hydraulic High Speed Paper Plate Machine adopts linear forming, which is feeding-forming-collecting are in a straight line. Compared with traditional paper plate machines, it is stable, efficient and labor-saving.
This machine is a hydraulic double-station paper plate machine. Each station is controlled by an independent motor and it's operate is independently without interfering with each other. This enables one machine to produce plates of different sizes and styles at the same time. The main principle of the machine is a hydraulic system.
The main motor on the oil tank drives the machine mold to run up and down. The hydraulic system is stable and easy to operate.
The electrical appliances are controlled by PLC, with full-process photoelectric tracking and monitoring, fully automatic safe and intelligent production, and can be directly matched with assembly line production.
