Product Description

1.Function Description:
RYLJ series waxing machine is a special equipment for double-sided waxing corrugated board in the production of carton.
The wall panels and important components of the entire machine are all aged, tempered and tempered to eliminate internal stress in the metal, and are all produced using high-precision machining centers.
The entire machine shaft and rollers are made of high-quality steel, with high-precision computer dynamic balance correction, grinding processing, and hard chromium plating on the surface.
The transmission gears of the whole machine are all made of 40 chromium ground teeth and carburized and quenched to ensure long-term use.
The transmission parts of the whole machine (joints of shafts and teeth) adopt keyless connections (expansion sleeves) to eliminate connection gaps.
Transmission bearings adopt three major domestic brands: "Havalo".
The lubrication system uses domestic high-temperature resistant grease 320°.
The main machine adopts frequency conversion control, which makes the startup and operation more stable and energy-saving.
 

2.Main Unit Description:

• Lead-edge Feeder

1) Suction-assisted paper feeding and high-pressure centrifugal fan can adjust the air volume according to the bending degree of the cardboard to ensure smooth transportation of warped cardboard.
2) Taiwan's super-resistant leading edge paper feed roller is durable and wear-resistant.
3) The brush dust removal device in the paper feeding section can remove a large amount of dust, paper scraps and other debris on the cardboard to improve the wax coating quality.
4) The upper feeding roller is made of 45# seamless steel pipe and wrapped with wear-resistant rubber.
5) Lower feeding roller, embossed and plated hard.
6) Equipped with left and right baffles to ensure the horizontal positioning of the cardboard.
 

• Electrical Appliance Unit 

Domestic high-quality electrical appliances are used, and the temperature controller, frequency converter, photoelectric switch, and electromagnetic clutch are made in Taiwan.
 

• Paperboard Waxing Unit

1) The wax even rubber roller is made of 45# seamless steel pipe, which is heat treated, tempered and tempered, and then wrapped with silicone (high temperature resistance, alkali resistance, wear resistance, acid resistance, corrosion resistance).
2) The wax equalizing roller adopts the heat treatment process of 45# thick-walled steel pipe and is then finely ground and plated with hard chromium.
 

• Transmission department

1) The main motor is controlled by frequency conversion, which ensures smooth speed regulation and saves electricity.
2) The electromagnetic clutch adopts Taiwanese timing.
3) The gear adopts 40# grinding gear, and the sprocket adopts 45# quenching treatment.
4) Gap adjustment is manual (the box has a dial) and the adjustment range is 0-12mm.
 

• Wax Melting Unit

1) Use domestic high-quality heating equipment to ensure wax temperature and uniform heat collection in each heating part.
2) Using domestic high-quality wax pumps with variable frequency control, the wax extraction is stable.
3) Circulating wax supply system maintains a balanced wax temperature and a stable flow rate.
 

• Reaction Kettle Unit

1) Made of domestic high-quality stainless steel.
2) Heating system: Using high-quality heating equipment, the heating speed is stable, the wax melts quickly, and it can be used for both steam heating and electric heating.
3) Use high-quality electrical appliances, frequency converters, and temperature controllers from well-known brands.
4) Planetary reduction motor, stirring, frequency conversion control.
 

• Paperboard Auto Stacking Unit 

1) The paper receiving arm can be operated manually and automatically. It is equipped with a safety mechanism to prevent the paper receiving arm from falling suddenly and ensure the safety of the operator.
2) The lifting and lowering of the delivery table is driven by a strong chain.
3) The stacking height is 1800mm.
4) The paper delivery section automatically adjusts the tilt height and lifting motor according to the cardboard stack height, and is equipped with a braking function.
5) The pneumatic paper lifting mechanism automatically opens the support of the paper receiving pallet to support the cardboard when the cardboard is stacked to a predetermined height.
6) Equipped with an air-drying system, the wax box quickly solidifies on the cardboard after applying wax.
7) The flat wrinkle climbing anti-slip belt conveys the cardboard smoothly.
