Unwinding and rewinding Part
- This machine unwinds with three Paper rolls at the same time; each unwinding shafts is equipped with two sets of wide belt; and the unwinding tension is controlled by the independent hard-surface gear turbine box, which is convenient to adjust;
- This machine is equipped with one set automatic heavy-duty pneumatic feeding device; the maximum tensile force can be 300kg; the maximum weight can be 1.5 tons;
- This machine is equipped with one set embossing device; embossing device is steel engraved and hard-plated pattern roller which combined with a special thick and wear-resistant wool roller, with clear patterns and no damage. (patterns can be customized according to customer requirements).
- This machine is equipped with a gear turbine box to adjust the distance of perforate line. The perforate line is from 10-60CM without changing gears, which is convenient for adjustment and production without waste. The perforation is light and stable, without noise, and is unique in China.
- The rewinding rollers of this machine are all knurled and electroplated, with good finish, high friction coefficient, stable winding, and can produce cored and coreless products. Conveyor Connection Device
- The track connecting device transports the finished roll paper cut by the cutting machine into the packaging machine and other material devices for packaging; it is composed of three sections, the first section is the feeding device (that is, the cut material is sent out); The second stage is the unloading device (that is, the flat roll paper is erected); the third stage is the feeding device, which is the split-lane feeding. Some customers need to be equipped with two mid-packing machines for packaging at the same time. The packing machine is equipped with a sorting device in the middle, one roll is fed to the left and the other roll is fed to the right, and the material is sorted by the air cylinder (if it is connected to a mid-packing machine, the sorting device is not required);
- The three-section belt feeding device is independently controlled by an independent speed regulating motor, and the width and height of the baffles on both sides can be adjusted to facilitate the processing of various specifications of roll paper;
- The unloading device is composed of a drop belt and an arc angle baffle, which is an adjustable device;
- The split-lane material sorting device is composed of independent pneumatic components, and the odd number is fed to the left, and the even number is fed to the right (if a medium charter is opened for paper, the sorting device can be turned off);
