Introduction
MJFM-2 series Water Laminated Machine uses environmental water-soluble glue, with BOPP film as material, after laminating, the product has high transparence and good third-dimension, and the products are innoxious, inodorous, no pollution, the conglutination is good with no bubble. The Laminated machine has following functions: Automatically stop when there is no paper, cutting film, fast roll the finished products and output system, automatically holing and so on. Structure and Working Principle:
3.1 this machine consist of glue part, paper feeder, the film output part, membrane pressing part, winding system of finished product and electric control system. When work, send the film by the film output part, after coating of glue directly into the compound membrane pressing part, printed paper through the paper feeder synchronization to the membrane pressing part. Printed paper after pressing compound membrane pressing part will be the unity of paper-plastic products, then automatic winding by the finished product winding system. This machine has an electric motor power (frequency conversion control), each part of the operation can be simultaneously.
3.2 glue part consist of steel roller, rubber roller, glue system, adjusting mechanism of rubber roller. Compound membrane by adhesive glue pump type out, flow to the rubber roller through the glue system which adjust coating weight through the handwheel, so as to adapt to the different thickness of the paper.
3.3 membrane pressing part is mainly including pressing steel roller, the pressing rubber stick, pressing roller adjusting mechanism, temperature measuring device and other components. Bonding steel roll and rubber roll gap is controlled by the regulating handle through the worm gear and worm pair, roller parallelism between uniformity (pressure) by the roller end adjustment bolt to adjust.
3.4 feed used rubber conveyor belt transmission, the paper smoothly. Respectively before and after the feed on the plane with a photoelectric sensor, photoelectric sensor before only have counting function, can accurately record the paper sent by number of sheets, for the user to save a handsome paper process; Photoelectric sensor after only has the function of automatic stop short of paper can automatically stop in time for the missing paper, avoid glue film due to lack of paper after the adhesive on the roller.
3.5 finished coiler winding trolley system equipped with 5 activities, so that the continuous winding. Winding with controllable friction clutch at one end of the handwheel, turn the handwheel to control winding system is working and change the winding speed so as to adjust the winding tension.
3.6 the membrane organization has a friction belt, the hand wheel can be adjusted based on the elastic, automatic cutting device is located in the membrane shaft above, can be easily cut thin film.
3.7 electrical control system is the hub of the machine, electrical schematic diagram in figure 2, figure 3.Electrical components in integrated electrical control cabinet, control button and the display instrument set in the feed table on the left side of the electrical control panel.
Operation:
6.1 operating procedures Clean up, before starting the machine, and then plug in power plug, start the motor. Wear thin film, adjust the pressure between the pressing roller pressure adjustment (to simply drive the rubber pressing roller rolling), according to the adjusting method mentioned in section 5.1 adjusted the film to make the film conveying not wrinkle, even tension. 6.3 Matters Needing Attention
6.3.1 During operation, if a film adhesive should immediately stop the condition of roller, to clean up again after operation.
6.3.2 Must be careful when cleaning roller, prevent clean cloth or hand is squeezing roller clearance, cause personal injury or damage of roller.
