Introduction
The whole machine is easy to operate, fast printing preparation time, the highest speed is 240m/min. The shoulder iron support mechanism of the printing plate roller can effectively overcome the vibration problem caused by the impact of the plate seam, and realize high-precision and stable printing. Compared with the traditional flexo printing machine, the advantage is that there is no need to adjust the roller pressure to replace the printing plate. The servo drive can realize the pre-registration of the printing plate in the shutdown state, and the automatic registration when it is turned on. This saves at least 50% of waste and replaces the printing plate more quickly. It greatly improves productivity and brings higher economic benefits to customers.
