Introduction:
MJNC-6-150 Single Facer Paperboard Cutter machine is used for cutting the 2-layer corrugated paperboard to the sizes as requirement, at the same time, booking the paperboard with order quantity. The machine is composed by feeding part, vertically cutting part, transport part, and booking part. It is suitable for the flute B, E, F, G, single cardboard, or small flute 3-layer paperboard.

3. The crosscutting machine adopts the structure of insert steel blade, the hard tooth surface grinding gear realizes the transmission without side gap, with high precision and long life.
4. The machine wall is made of gray cast iron with good rigidity and strong vibration resistance.
5. The stacking section adopts the basket platform to lift, automatic counting, and automatic output. It is divided into four sections to output paper, and one section of rough roll is designed to make the paper flat. Output does not bend, two-stage buffer fixed length overlap, three-stage point pneumatic separation, speed up the output of cardboard. Improve work efficiency. The maximum stacking length is 1.6m.
