RYK Series Semi Automatic Gluer Machine

Semi-Automatic Double Pieces Folder Gluer Machine

Main Features:
This machine equips both Cold Glue Injection System and Hot Melt Injection System. With those two systems, the cartons can be quickly cemented by the hot melt for the first time and enhanced the adhesion force by the cold glue for the second time. It is applicable with E, C, B, A and AB corrugated board in design of two-piece irregular and RSC carton and one-piece carton. The adjustment of job-changing takes only about 5-15 minutes due to easy operation. It can make one-time shaping without pressing. Both the performance and quality are excellent in this machine.

Main features:
>Average production speed: 500-800 sheets / per hour.
>Adopts independent Auto. Cold Glue and Hot Melt injection system for one-time glue application without pressing.
>Adjustment of job-changing takes about 5-15 minutes due to easy operation.
>Equipped with multi-style triggers. According to the products to choose the most appropriate trigger to increase output.
>The catalog is for general reference only, According to special carton design, a machine modification is possible.
