RYDJ-2000B Double Service Stitcher Machine (One piece)

  
Introduction:

1. Siemens/Mitsubishi double servo drive, with high precision, reduced mechanical transmission, which can effectively reduce machine fault.
2. Weylon touch screen, parameters (nail distance, nails number, nail type, back baffle) change quickly and easily.
3. The entire control system adopt Omron PLC control system.
4. The electric back baffle is driven by a stepping motor, with accurate size and convenient size change.
5. All contactor in the control box adopt Siemens brand.
6. All relays adopt the imported brand.
7. Photoelectric and proximity switches adopt Omron brand.
8. The bottom mold and blade are made of Japanese tungsten steel (wear-resistant).
9. The entire set of nail heads are made of special steel and precision processed by computer gongs.
