Introduction:

RYLJ series waxing machine is a special equipment for double-sided waxing corrugated board in the production of carton.

It is an indispensable equipment in the production process of corrugated carton. The machine has stable working performance, flexible rotation, exquisite materials, uniform wax coating, simple structure, beautiful appearance and convenient operation

Specification

1 The wall panels and important components of the entire machine are all aged, tempered and tempered to eliminate internal stress in the metal, and are all produced using high-precision machining centers.

2  The entire machine shaft and rollers are made of high-quality steel, with high-precision computer dynamic balance correction, grinding processing, and hard chromium plating on the surface.

3 The transmission gears of the whole machine are all made of 40 chromium ground teeth and carburized and quenched to ensure long-term use.

4 The transmission parts of the whole machine (joints of shafts and teeth) adopt keyless connections (expansion sleeves) to eliminate connection gaps.

5  Transmission bearings adopt three major domestic brands: "Havalo".

6  The lubrication system uses domestic high-temperature resistant grease 320°.

7 The main machine adopts frequency conversion control, which makes the startup and operation more stable and energy-saving.
