Product introduction
The main machine adopts C-type six-face guide rail customized precision mechanical press, mainly used for producing wrinkled containers. The software and hardware products of the whole production line adopt electromechanical integration design with beautiful and generous modeling. The whole set of automatic production line is mainly composed of feeding machine, press, stacker and waste system and other units. The electrical control system of the whole production line is divided into three parts: the integrated electrical control cabinets of the three units of feeder, press and waste system are designed as independent systems with safety and anti-interference, and the touch screen is hung on the left side of the press, which is convenient for operation and does not take up much space; the electrical cabinet of the stacking machine is installed on the side of the stacking machine, which can independently control all the parameter settings and operations of the stacking machine.
