Characteristics:
  • This machine is component with the feeding unit, printing unit, rotary die-cutting unit, can accomplish the process of the corrugate paperboard printing, slotting and die-cutting.
  • The thickness of machine body is 50mm, after second stage annealing which increase the machine body's density, hardness, strength, toughness and conductivity, after artificial aging treatment, making by CNC machine, with high strength and high precision.
  • All the transmission gear is spiral gear, with low noise and high precision, improved the stability of gear transmission. The gear material is 20CrMnti alloy steel, after high frequency heating and grinding which will be stronger and durable. The whole machine adopts closed-type spray lubrication and oil level balancing device, so that the gears can always maintain a high lubrication state.
  • Bearing adopt the famous brand made in China like HRB, ZWZ, LYC and so on
  • Each unit is electric moving left and right with warning bell. When unit moving, the bell will be keep warning to make sure the operator safe. The moving motor with constant torsional moment which can buffer the impact of the two units when the operation is wrong.
  • Master lock: The main motor automatically protects when the units are not combined, and stops automatically when it receives a running signal.
  • The main motor starts with variable frequency, it is variable frequency motor.

The printing Unit.
The printing roller.
  • Outer dia. of printing roller: 530mm
  • Material is steel tube without gaps, surface is grinded, polished and hard chromium plating.
  • Balance correction, running stability.
  • The-printing-plate-reel structure is adopted, complete slot in the printing roller for hung the printing plate. Saving time for hung the plate and improved the work efficiency.
  • The size of the slot is suit for 10mm hanging plate.
  • The pedal switch controls the printing roller run clockwise and anti-clockwise, makes change printing plate easy.
  • Phase adjustment: The printing roller have "Automatic zero-returning" device, the main screen adopts PLC multi-function touch screen control, click the touch screen man-machine interface to enter the plate roller phase adjustment interface;

The press printing roller

  • The material of the steel anilox roller is steel, chose 200Dpi-2800Dpi. Steady inking
  • The distance between the anilox roller is adjusted by hands, while the dial show the adjust date, the adjusting scope is 1-8mm. It adopts the crosshead connect with the drive gears, when adjust the distance between the two rollers, the distance between the two driver gears of the two rollers will be not changed.
  • Pneumatic control Up-down device of the anilox roller, prevent printing plate re-inking and prevent the ink dry out while machine need stop short time.
The rubber roller.
  • The rubber roller is steel roller covered with hardwearing rubber, this roller is especially grinded, after balance correction. the surface's diameter in middle part of rubber roller is bigger than two sides, so as to obtain good effect of ink transmission.
  • Have automatic stable ink device, can realize non-stop inking during machine stop.
The Up and down cardboard feeding roller.

Inking system.

  • The rubber anvil roller is steel tube without gaps, the surface is grinded and hard chromium plating.
  • Rubber anvil adopt Maxdura brand from TAIWAN. Easy to install and uninstall. Long service life, can be cut 6million times.
  • The die cutting roller and the rubber anvil roller are automatically disengaged by the eccentric device when not cut, which can reduce the damage of unload and prolong the use life of the anvil rubber and the die mould.
  • Adopting mechanical control the position move left and right of the rubber cushion roller. The movement distance is 40mm. This structure makes the rubber covers equally wear, which can increase the use time.
  • There is a rubber anvil repair device with the machine, the rubber anvil can be used again after be repaired.
  • Adopt satellite gear structure for adjust the clockwise and the anticlockwise phase of the die roller, 360° could be adjusted while the machine running or stop running. Adjust precision can be 0.10mm.
  • Digital display phase indication makes operation easy, intuitive and accurate.

The Transmission Gears.
  1. The main transmission gear adopt high-quality steel, carburized and quenched to increase the density, strength, and toughness of the gear material, and it is made of grinding teeth.
  2. Smooth operation, low noise, high hardness, long life, and long-term printing registration can be achieved.
  3. The transmission hub adopts a keyless connecting ring, which can connect the shaft and the gear, and there will be no gap when using large torque. It is more convenient to install and maintain, which can make the machine long-term transmission accuracy high and ensure printing registration.
Lubricating
1. Each unit adopts oil pump for lubrication to realize circulating spray lubrication.
2. Each oil tank is equipped with an oil storage balancer, which can make the oil level of each group uniform at the same height.
