FUNCTION AND CHARACTERISTICS
1. The whole machine is made according to reliable, saving energy and safety. It is facility to operate and change order rapidly.
2. Adopting high-grade material and fittings.
3. The transmission gear adopts the high-quality steel, which is grinded after heat-treatment. It can reach six grade precision.
4. Adopting key-free shaft collar to reduce wearing out and keep long time overprinting precision.
5. All of the rollers are plated with rigid chrome to increase hardness.
6. Adopting oil pump automatic lubrication system to keep lifetime of the parts in the machine.
7. Feeding can continue or skip, counter can record the board quantity accurately.

9. Installing zero position return, printing position memory during wiping and auto restoration are available, reducing the time for adjustment.

FEEDING FUNCTION Germany Servo Control (BOSCH REXROTH)
1. Electric controlling the movement of the machine and installed alarms in order to assure the safety of the operating personnel while the bell rings constantly during marching.
- Moving shaft installs friction clutch to avoid of damaging the machine by error action.
- Pneumatic interlocking mechanism.
- It has protective device when main motor starts. If the machine has not been locked, the main motor can not start. The main motor uses frequency motor to save energy.
- It is the lead-edge feeding adopting wind-absorbing auxiliary. According to the bending of the board or the thickness of the board, it can adjust the capacity of winding in order to insure the smooth board supplying.
- Installed dusting negative pressure device, good-quality import brushes, can clean the matter on the paper surface and increase the printing quality.
- The upper paper-feeding roller is wrapped with antifriction rubber and the lower paper-feeding roller is empaistic and chromeplated, all of rollers do balance alignment.
- The space of the paper-sending roller is adjusted by hand. The scale panel shows the adjusted data.
- Electrical automatic to zero in feeding.
- It has skip feeding device, the counter can accurately record the quantity of production.
- Installed automatic to zero position device, the position can be correctly adjusted by means of trial printing two pieces of cartons, thus reduces the waste of cartons.
- Automatic to adjust the side-board and back-board, it has data display.
- It has flap device to make paper board trimness.
- Servo-controller feeding system made in Germany. It can increase the precision of feeding with feeding-wheel and absorbing fan.
PRINTING FUNCTION (Rubber roller with Chrome Anilox)
- Printing rollers use good-quality heavy-walled seamless steel pipe, grind the surface and do the hard chrome plating.
- All of the rollers are corrected by dynamic balance, so the revolving is steady.
- Applies hanging plate printing system, easily for plate changing; and has pedal switch, easily for plate hanging.
- The surface of printing roller is to grind and do the hard chrome. The space of printing roller is adjusted by hand; the scale panel shows the data.
- It has anilox roller plus paper feeding system auto lifting device (In feeding anilox roller drops and contacts printing plate; it rises to separate from the printing plate when stop feeding).
- Phase-adjusting mechanism, planet-gear structure.
- Adopting PLC to control the printing phase by the way of electric display adjusting at will. (Adjustment when running and stopping is OK)
- Adopting electromagnetic clutch braking mechanism, while the machine separates or the phase is adjusting; the brakes can restrict the revolving of the machine and keep the point of original gears' position.
- Quickly cleaning the ink device, it memory the reset position after cleaning plate.
- The rubber roller is formed by means of wrapping a steel pipe with wearable rubber, and has good ink transfer effect.
- The transverse position of printing roller can be adjusted by hand, with total distance adjustable from right to left being 10 mm.
- The surface of steel anilox roller is to grind, make the reticulate pattern, then do the hard chrome. The reticle is 200-280 LPI.
- Adopting rubber roller inking system, soaking-ink mouth has strainer, also has stainless steel ink-chamfer.
DIE-CUTTING FUNCTION
- Cushion roll movement from left to right is 40 mm with mechanism.
- Electric phase-adjusting mechanism, planet-gear structure.
- The cushion roll will rise to avoid damage when stop feeding, so it can increase the lifetime.
- Speed-different compensate device can control the surface speed of the cushion roll.
- Adopting PLC to control the die-cutting phase by the way of touch screen adjusting at will.
6. Automatic lathe the cushion to reduce the pressure of die-cutter.

* Introduction
Traditional creasing profiles were designed for a time when board was made from paper containing mainly virgin Fiber. Today's board contains a high percentage of recycled content and is made with lightweight liners. Pairing traditional creasing profiles with recycled board can lead to rolling scores, manufacturer's gap variation, and trouble achieving a consistent crease line.
The new Re-creasing system was specifically designed to improve creasing and folding when converting recycled board and other challenging materials, control by pneumatic system.

2. Gluing System
1) Good control the cost. Precision in mm at any speed, spray cold/hot melt adhesive on the gluing flap of folding carton, decrease the cleaning and installation time maximum during the production process, reduce the waste.
2) It applies today's most advanced 32-bit processor and optimized software algorithms to realize gluing spray on the folder gluer from 0 to 600m/min speed.
3) Can choose spray in dots or lines to achieve minimum amount of adhesive and strongest gluing strength.
4) User-friendly graphical interface equipped with 8inch touch screen, makes the operator understand easily, simple and convenient.

3. Folding Part

* Introduction
1- Main body crown folder gluer with body thickness 2inch/50mm, which is two-time larger than tradition world folder gluer, with strong body can make machine stable run with 0 vibration, it's hold the Folding bridge from two side .
2-Folding Bridge
Crown folding bridge which is the key point for make better folding with high speed than traditional folder gluer, it's with the long bridge 8000mm length it's 2000mm longer then any world folder gluer, to improve the folding precise.
3-Folding Rods
Crown folding rods with flexible folding arms allow the folding rods to be set in the optimal position to achieve the best fold possible. This flexibility allows the machine to be run at higher speeds without compromising fold quality.
4-Gang Adjust for hold down rollers
Crown folder have 50 rollers, To adjust 50 rollers it's take long time, we made special design ,
using steeper servo driver with computer control to adjust all the rollers in same time, for quick setup and better folding.
5- Vacuum Suction
Our Vacuum suction we used special vacuum pump which is with large flow and low presser it's help to transfer the folding box to counter ejector with high precision feed distance.
4. Ejector Part
Introduction
1- Hydraulics conversion lifter with multi speed controller.
2- Blower with variable frequency driver.
3- Chock absorb which is used silica sponge material for absorb the folding box.
4- Exit bottom conveyor with variable frequency driver, to transfer the Bundle out from ejector.
5- Exit top conveyor with variable frequency driver, to transfer the Bundle out from ejector.
Crown counter ejector, the ejector parts it's the last step of folder gluer machine, in the last 4 steps we mad perfect folding box, we have mad a good design with Auto-compensation speed for each running box , our high speed counter ejector which is 16 Bundle/min it's full automatic step.
