Printing materials:
 single-color printing and multi-color overprinting of paper (gold and silver cardboard, transfer paper, whiteboard), corrugated paper, plastic film (polyethylene, polyester, polypropylene), self-adhesive and other sheet materials. At the same time, spot UV varnishing can also be carried out on the printed matter.
On the basis of screen printing that satisfies a variety of inks and papers, it is especially ideal for the overprinting of gold and silver in UV imitation metal inks. It is mainly used for ceramics, glass, enamel, bicycles, sewing machines, furniture, and lacquerware It can also be used for decal printing of trademarks such as supplies, and can also be used for packaging and decoration printing of soft cartons, cartons, posters, etc., as well as partial gluing of gift boxes for window affixing and mounting. The printing ink is plump, the color is bright, the three-dimensional effect is strong, the hiding power is strong, and the thickness of the ink layer is 30-40 microns, which is better than other types of printing machines.

Machine structure:
automatic feeding manipulator to feed paper → side gauge pushing and positioning → single-track tooth row paper feeding → printing → ink return and paper feeding. It is connected with various drying equipment and automatic paper delivery machine to form a fully automatic screen printing production line. Based on the principle of the platform-type vacuum adsorption semi-automatic machine, familiar with the simple operation method, adopts the centralized control of the program, and has high sensitivity.

Main features:
1. Operation method: PLC program control is adopted on the touch screen of the human interface machine, and the whole machine is operated automatically with the integration of machine and electricity, which has the advantages of high efficiency and stability.
2. Paper feeding method: the lifting table automatically rises to continue the paper, adopts vacuum adsorption, and the manipulator automatically feeds the material to the material positioning platform.
3. Positioning adjustment: double stepping motor control, jog automatic selection of side gauges and push gauges for precise positioning, adjustable position and stroke, easy to use.
4. Paper transfer power: Servo motor tooth row reciprocating operation, automatic monitoring of sheet breaks throughout the process, stop feeding paper after detection, high-speed operation pause accuracy ≤ 0.05mm.
5. Printing power: Servo motor dual guide rail sliding table reciprocating operation scraper ink knife, high-speed printing and precise stop (accuracy ≤ 0.05mm).
6. Squeegee and ink knife: It adopts self-locking adjustable stroke SDA four-cylinder, the pressure is easy to control, and the printing pattern lines are clear.
7. Screen device: One-button pneumatic unlocking plate, large and small screens can be installed, with three fine-tuning manual handles for front, rear, left, and right adjustments, and simple screen alignment.
8. Screen loading and unloading: one-button pneumatic independent control, lifting the printing arm (up 150mm) to facilitate screen cleaning and disassembly.
