RYBK Full Automatic Cardboard Laminating machine 
Introduction
This machine is equipped with high-speed paper feeder on both sides of surface paper and bottom paper. The machine adopts overlapping continuous paper feeding and double high-precision positioning and drawing gauges on both sides to achieve higher paper feeding speed and precision. At the bottom, the paper is positioned and occluded by a pair of high-strength paper-biting composite rolls. After initial pressing, the paper enters the multi-channel heavy-pressing press rolls, and then transfers to the paper collector. The paper is automatically stacked up to 1600 mm through three-sided alignment.
The machine is equipped with internationally renowned electrical (Delta, Schneider), multi-stage pressure settings, automatic control hydraulic station. The finished product has high precision bonding degree, bottom, surface paper bonding firmly, flat, low humidity, can immediately enter the die cutting and other subsequent processes without waiting for solidification.
Machine suitable for clothing tags (RFID), wine boxes, food packaging, toy packaging and other products.
