Chapter 1 Paper Machine Overview

The 2400/200 high-speed Tissue paper machine is suitable for wood pulp, waste paper pulp and other pulp with a weight of 13-40g/m2 and various high-grade Tissue paper, napkins, facial tissues and other base papers.
This machine is a single-storey plant layout, all placed on the ground level of the plant. According to the different transmission positions, it can be divided into two forms: left hand phone and right hand phone.

Chapter 5 Main Configuration and Description of Paper Machine
This machine is mainly composed of forming part, drying part, blanket washing and conditioning part, transmission part, electrical part, roll paper part, basic part and other parts.
Papermaking process: the pulp enters the turning area through the main pipe, and the pulp enters the forming area. It is formed in the cylinder position by the method of wind pressure forming. It is sucked on the blanket by the velvet roller, and then pre-dewatered by the suction box. Between the drying cylinders, close to the cylinder surface to dry and wrinkle, and finally take up by the paper machine.

A. Net department:
   It consists of a round net cage, a net trough, a roll, a guide roll, a vacuum box, a spray pipe, a frame, etc.
1. 2 set of round net cage
Diameter 1500mm×2700mm, stainless steel string structure, bearing model 3620, with bearing shell and seat. The spoke material is HT200 cast iron, and the spoke spacing is 150mm.
2. 2 set of net slot
The mesh trough is made of expanded metal trough, PVC plastic plate with a thickness of 20mm, movable arc-shaped plate made of &=3mm stainless steel plate, and the sizing method adopts advanced pulping and air pressure forming to ensure the high-speed operation of the paper machine.
3. 2 set of flat roller
The diameter of the roller is 450×2700mm, the surface hardness of the seamless steel tube coated roller is "Shore A" 40+_3 degrees, the shaft head is made of 45# steel, the bearing model is 111211, the adapter sleeve H211, with bearing seat.
4. 2 set of suction box
The box body is made of δ=3mm thick steel plate, inlaid with polymer panels, and the pumping pipe is opened in the middle of the box body toward the transmission side.

B. Washing department:

  4. 1 set of electric tensioner
The screw is made of carbon steel, the pipe body is a seamless steel tube plated with hard chromium, and the nut is made of tin bronze.

C. Roller drying department:

2. 1 set of breathing air mask
The frame is made of angle iron, and the hot air cover and main materials of the inlet and outlet are made of &=1-1.5mm aluminum plate.

The box body is made of δ=3mm thick steel plate, inlaid with polymer panels, and the nozzle of the pumping port faces the transmission side.
6. 2 sets of pneumatic scrapers
Pneumatic wrinkling and cylinder cleaning scraper adopts square box type, stainless steel pressure mark, the knife body is welded by steel plate, equipped with 111212 bearing, H211 adapter sleeve is equipped with φ100x160 cylinder.
7. 1 set of corrector
Use manual mode.
 8. Box type rack 1 set
It is made of thick steel plate by folding and welding, after high-frequency vibration failure treatment, and the surface is sandblasted.
 9. 1 set of walking railings
The walking platform is welded with angle steel, and the &=3 pattern steel plate is laid, and the railing is welded with 1'' steel pipe.

D. Horizontal roll paper part:
1. The paper reel is a horizontal paper reel, the reel cylinder: Φ800×2700×3400mm, the reel cylinder is welded and processed by steel plate, and the balance is adjusted. Bearing 113516.
2 Equipped with 1 curved roller: Material: The roller body is a seamless tube, and the shaft head material is 45# high-quality carbon structural steel quenched and tempered.
3. 1 cylinder cleaning knife, welded steel plate, EP scraper blade.
4. Roll paper shaft: Φ73×2700×3400×8mm× 4 pieces of bearing model 3514, roll paper diameter of up to 1200mm to ensure strength and use.
5. Frame: made of 12mm section steel, stress relief treatment, and anti-rust treatment on the surface.
6. Roll paper jib: made of steel plate, electric rotating, cylinder pressurized.
7. The main arm of the roll paper: made of steel plate, cylinder push and pull.

E. Transmission Department:
  It adopts AC variable frequency split transmission, with two transmission points, totaling 80.5kw. Each point is decelerated by a three-phase AC motor through a hard-tooth surface reducer to drive the active parts. The motor and the reducer are directly connected with an elastic coupling on the base, and the output shaft of the dryer reducer and the active original part are connected by an intermediate bridge shaft or a universal joint transmission.

F. Electric control part:
  It is composed of frequency converter cabinet and operation cabinet. The operation cabinet is equipped with buttons for start, stop, speed-up and speed-down, emergency stop, etc. for each transmission point, equipped with ammeter, linear speed meter, and fault indication; each point can be adjusted independently or collectively.

G. Pressure Control Department
The compressed air system includes pipelines from the automatic operation side control box to each air point of the paper machine, and does not include clean and dry air sources, air storage tanks and other accessories. When piping layout, the size of the piping related to the factory building is for reference only for the user's design. The compressed air pressure is 0.7Mpa, which requires a stable, clean and clean air source.

H. Basic part:
Including foundation plan, foundation plate and anchor bolts. The foundation drawing is only used by the civil engineering department as the basis for the paper machine foundation design, not for civil construction drawings; the foundation board is made of gray cast iron after aging treatment, with T-slots arranged on it, and the basic version material is HT200 for installation. (The backing plate and wedge iron are prepared by the user)

Chapter 6 Description of Supply Limits
  The principle of the supply boundary is based on the first flange port (or thread or pipe joint) outside the equipment. The description of each part is as follows:
The vacuum dehydration element is bounded by the interface flange of the vacuum element and the vacuum pipeline.
The steam hood is bounded by its inlet and outlet flanges.
The drying cylinder is bounded by the steam inlet and the outlet of the steam head.
The spray pipe and air pipe provide the inner part of the paper machine, and leave the interface outside.
The above-mentioned parts are the scope of supply of paper machine suppliers, and those outside the boundaries are the responsibility of the paper machine purchaser or other suppliers.
     Polyester nets, blankets, dry blankets for papermaking, equipment lubricants, installation cables and wires and spare parts are not included in the scope of supply.
