2. Feeding Unit
1) Adopt the feeding technique of Sun company in USA, it can feed paper continuously of by partition with high speed.
2) Adopt inverter to adjust vacuum air flow and pressure to match paperboard size.
3) Paperboard adopts brush and vacuum to remove dust, de-electrostatic device.
4) Main motor starting protective device, if all units do not lock, the main motor does not start.
5) Double roller feeding paper, feeding paper rubber roller quick change structure.
6) Side baffle adopts pneumatic patting paperboard.

3. Printing Unit
1.Spinning axis hanging flexo plate, both sides can be locked, it makes the hanging flexo plate and positioning more precise.
2.Anilox roller adopts clutch structure, as it does not print, it breaks away from the main drive, saving energy. When it washes independently, it is no need to keep same speed with the main motor. Rubber roller and anilox roller is fixes speed difference, it makes rubber roller to scrape ink.
3.The speed difference between the rubber roller and the anilox roller is fixed, so that the rubber roller can doctor the ink.

- Slotting knife seat lateral movement adopts ball screw with linear rail, moving flexible and precise.
- Slotting phase and carton box height adjustment adopt computer and electric digital control.
