Introduction:

A. Chain feeder:

Printing roller:

Ink anilox roller:
1) The outer diameter of the high-quality steel is ¢190mm, the surface of the steel pipe is ground, the wire mesh is rolled, the hard chrome is plated, and the balance correction eliminates the centrifugal force. (The number of lines per group can be selected according to user requirements 200-220-250 lines)

Rubber roller:

Slotting Part
1. Cutting and slotting base can be 360°positive and negative electrical adjusted. Use digital display tiny-adjust equipment.
2. The knives can be synchronized adjusted. The adjust is very easy, and the lock is reliable, slotting precision is good. The adjust function use inner-gear drive design and wear well.
3. The back electrical control switch can control front operation. During the work, if there is urgent situation, the worker in the back can control the equipment running.
C. Die-cutter part:
Rubber pad roller:
1.) The lower die-cutting roller has a diameter of 360 standard die-cutting rolls, and the alloy steel is centrifugally cast and sintered with high precision.
2) Pad roller diameter 388.9mm, high quality 45# steel finishing, balance correction, hard chrome plating. The rubber pad is made of German Dipai polyurethane rubber sleeve with smooth incision, easy to install, and the die cutting is more than 8 million times. The rubber pad roller adopts mechanical left and right moving device, each knife is in different positions, effectively extending the service life of the rubber pad, the moving distance is 30mm, and the linear velocity automatic compensating device makes the die cutting work infinitely without circulating in the circumferential direction. The wear of the rubber sleeve is more uniform, and the tracking compensation is automatically performed when the diameter of the soft roller is changed, no manual adjustment is required, and the die-cutting size of each batch of the carton is ensured to be completely uniform, and the die-cutting roller is also equipped with a cylinder separating device, but only the cardboard When the air is idling, the upper and lower rollers can be separated to reduce the wear of the rubber sleeve and the cutter. At the same time, the service life of the rubber sleeve and the die is greatly extended.
2. The soft roller automatic grinding mechanism performs multiple grinding on the worn rubber pad. The rubber sleeve re-use rate is greatly improved, the warning light is always flashing when the soft roller is repaired, and the limit device is also installed at both ends.
3. Cleaning system: the front and rear embossed optical axis is transmitted to the belt through the deceleration motor, and all the paper edges are cleared out, so that the machine will not work normally due to the accumulation of paper. Greatly improved work efficiency.
3. Die cutting roller phase adjustment mechanism
