 3. Special Features of the Machine:
A. MJBZJ-2 Series Automatic Flute Laminator adopts unique pressing spring front lay registration    design compliant with PLC control system which makes machine run at high lamination procession and low rate of breaking down.

B. The machine uses frequency convertor for speed regulation, PLC central control, simulation to digit program system.

C. The pre-piling device for the top sheet increases the production efficiency.
                    
D. The core designed rubber roller together with knurled stainless steel roller enhances the evenness of gluing, strength of stickiness, as well as lowering the production cost.

E. Balance-tested rollers, tight assembling technique, plus timing belts driving mechanic system makes the machine runs at low noise with high precision.

F. Touch screen with the operation panel ensures easy operation.
 

G. The machine adopts automatic glue supply,recyclable glue circulating system and auto-central oil supply system.
 

H. Self-developed high-strength feeder compliant with high configuration electric system makes the machine run at low malfunction. The electric parts used are all world- wide available brand or well-known Chinese brand.

I. The bottom sheet for this machine can be A, B, C, E, F flute corrugated sheet. The top sheet can be 150-450 GSM. It can do 3 or 5 ply corrugated board to sheet lamination with the thickness not more than 8mm. It has top paper advance or alignment function.

J. Gluing even: 25-35gsm. Quite cost effective for your production.

L. The vacuum feeding and belts are controlled by servo motor for a fast and more accurate  sheet feeding.
