Machine use full automatic computer control, high quality belt, reasonable design, the glue finishing of carton is excellent.
The main application is on food and beverage, laminating boxes, industrial products, for gluing process of packing cartons. Machine Detail Introduction
Feeding Unit
<1 >With Sun feeding system, with strong vacuum, make the feeding stable, can work with light paperboard or curved paperboard without down the strength of paperboard.
<2 >Electrical adjust the height of carton. ,.
<3> Pneumatic pat system reduce the error of manual operation, and improve the stability of paperboard feed.
<4> Independent drive, automatic adjust the width and thickness of corrugated paperbard.
Gluing Unit
<1>Good control the cost. Precision in mm at any speed, spray cold/hot melt adhesive on the gluing flap of folding carton, decrease the cleaning and installation time maximum during the production process, reduce the waste.
<2>It applies today's most advanced 32-bit processor and optimized software algorithms to realize gluing spray on the folder gluer from 0 to 600m/min speed.
<3>Can choose spray in dots or lines to achieve minimum amount of adhesive and strongest gluing strength.
<4>User-friendly graphical interface equipped with 8inch touch screen, makes the operator understand easily, simple and convenient.
<5>High-precision electronic control system ensures stable and reliable output glue pressure.
Folding Part
< 1>.Full automatic adjust the rails and folding position based on different carton size, make the folding accurately.
<2>Accurate speed differential adjustment is available for upper and lower folding belts, which reducing the scissors error when the carton is formed.
<3>With assistance of four groups of scoring wheels, different paperboard with different design of scoring wheels, to make sure the good folding precise.
<4>Transport with vacuum design belt, the paperboard stabling moving. The gap between the belts can be adjusted by press roll system, can meet the good running with different thickness paperboard.
<5>The blower capacity be adjusted, to avoid the curve of carton because of not enough gluing.
Ejector Part
< 1>Consisting of Collecting unit, buffering unit, collecting table and pushing mechanism, output conveyor.
< 2>Accurate sheets counting with photocell, 10~25sheets per bundle can be pre-set. Buffering unit assures enough time for batching at high speed. Pneumatic pushing mechanism and pneumatic pressing plate keep the sheet stack are in order. ,10~25. ..
< 3>Strong force blower avoids the sheets up warping, flow direction can be adjusted and flow rate is controlled via variable frequency. ,.
<4>Rubber cushion is assembled to the backstop, reducing the impact to the carton edge and avoiding damage.,.
<5>Upper ejecting unit can be adjusted front and back with the backstop, the height can be adjusted based on sheets per bundles. Whole ejecting unit can be adjusted left and right to keep the bundle located in the middle of the machine. ,.,.

<1>With 10inch Simons Touch screen, Full automatic computer control, all the adjustable parts can be set automatically.
<2>Order memory function, quick order switchover, 3-5minutes complete.
<3>Having original status reset and micro-adjusting functions.
