RYKW model High speed automatic servo Flexo Printing & Slotting & Die-cutting & Folder gluer & bundling inline, with computer control, accurate synchronization effect, speed is high and stable and reliable, machine with order management system, accomplish the carton printing, fold gluing, bundling inline with high efficiency production. Highest speed is up to 300pcs/min for standard carton production. For coated paperboard printing, speed can be 80-120pcs/min. The machine design comply with advanced European technology, online fold gluer is following with USA Langston design, with CE Certificate. Flexo Printing & Slotting & Die-Cutting Units

Characteristics

Pre-Feeder

1. Both sides positioning baffle can be adjusted according to different size of the cardboard specification with electric adjustment.
2. Operation control is simple and convenient.
3. Supporting paperboard roller way can connect cardboard logistics delivery system.
4. Horizontal conveyor belt automatic control with hydraulic motor drive.
5. Travelling mechanism can connect with printing machine synchronously.

Feeding Unit
1) Adopt the feeding technique of Sun company in USA, it can feed paper continuously of by partition with high speed.
2) Adopt inverter to adjust vacuum air flow and pressure to match paperboard size.
3) Paperboard adopts brush and vacuum to remove dust, de-electrostatic device.
4) Main motor starting protective device, if all units do not lock, the main motor does not start.
5) Double roller feeding paper, feeding paper rubber roller quick change structure.
6) Side baffle adopts pneumatic patting paperboard.
7) Main motor adopts frequency conversion adjustment, saving energy.


Printing Unit
1) Spinning axis hanging flexo plate, both sides can be locked, it makes the hanging flexo plate and positioning more precise.
2) Anilox roller adopts clutch structure, as it does not print, it breaks away from the main drive, saving energy. When it washes independently, it is no need to keep same speed with the main motor. Rubber roller and anilox roller is fixes speed difference, it makes rubber roller to scrape ink.
3) The speed difference between the rubber roller and the anilox roller is fixed, so that the rubber roller can doctor the ink.
4) Printing phase and axial position adopt computer and electronic digital control.
5) Rubber roller and anilox roller quick change structure, simple and quick.
6) Printing phase adopt electromagnetic braking, when separate or wash machine, it can keep gears fixed.
7) Vacuum transmission, paperboard feeds steadily, it is no need to install auxiliary pulling paper cushion.
8) Optional SUN company colorful doctor blade makes printing effect is more clear and perfect.
9) Optional hot wind heating system can improve printing speed and quality.

Slotting Unit

1. Adopt internal gear structure to adjust carton box height, it prevents lubrication oil not easy pollution carton box.
2. Press line after pre-pressing, the paperboard is not easy crushed.
3. Slotting knife seat lateral movement adopts ball screw with linear rail, moving flexible and precise.
4. Slotting phase and carton box height adjustment adopt computer and electric digital control.
5. S Elastic slicing corner structure, it can cut 3-layer, 5-layer corrugated paperboard without adjustment with easy operation.
6. lotting knife carton box height adjustment installs anti-collision protective device and it will not damage the machine.
7. Up pressing line wheel wraps PU, prevent paperboard break.

Rotary Die-Cutting Unit
