It can automatically complete the work of carton molding opening, loading, sealing, etc. And it can be equipped with hot melt glue system to complete the work. And it can be equipped with hot melt adhesive system to complete the hot melt adhesive sealing.
The machine adopts PLC control. Photoelectric monitoring of each part of the action, abnormalities in the operation, can automatically stop to show the reason for timely troubleshooting.
The machine frame is equipped with the main drive motor and clutch brake, and the machine board is equipped with the torque overload protector of each part of the transmission system, which can realize the disconnection of the main drive motor and each part of the transmission to ensure the safety of the whole machine in the case of overload.
The machine is equipped with intelligent detection device. No material will not go down the carton, it is convenient to work with the previous equipment. Empty cartons found in the inspection process are rejected at the exit to ensure that the product quality fully meets the qualifed requirements.
This machine can be used alone or linked with automatic rewinder and other equipment to form a complete set of production line.
