Performance and Characteristics
This high speed slitting machine (slitter rewinder) is used for slitting and rewinding various large rolling materials such as paper, (80g/m2~400g/m2) kraft paper, cellophane paper, bill paper), double-face adhesive tape, PVC, plastic material, etc.
 
This slitting machine use PLC controller, automatic taper tension, central surface reeling. Frequency converter timing for main motor, keeping speedup and stable operation.
This slitting  machine has the functions of automatic metering, automatic alarm, etc. With A, B inflatable shaft structures for rewinding; Finished products are automatic loading and unloading. It adopts photoelectric automatic error correction adjustment system for unwinding, anomalistic materials will be easy slit. (or liquid press style subtense system) . Equipped with automatic waste film blowing device. Automatic material inputting by pneumatic, matched with inflatable shaft (3"or 6") or pneumatic non-shaft device
