Machine introduction:
1.This machine consists of the feeding unit, printing unit, infrared drying unit,UV coating unit, ultraviolet drying unit and stacker, can accomplish the process of printing, drying and light coating of the corrugated paperboard .
2. All units are stationary, independently driven by "Rexroth" Servo motor which is made in Germany, It has the high precision since there is no accumulated error of gears' gap.

4. There is no need to move the printing unit when changing the printing plate so that the quality of overprinting can be guaranteed.
5. All the machine uses intelligent control and management. It can set and store multi parameter.1000 carton phase and size can be store in the machine. full automatic adjustment, All the functions are clear on the humanized operating interface. The adjusting system is precise so that we can get a good effect when adjusting the pressure of inking and printing.
6. The whole machine adopts an enclosed structure combined with induced draft fans outside, which can guarantee the cleanness of internal machine as well as the precision of cardboard feeding and printing.
5. Timing conveyor belts are used to increase the distance between printing units, induced draft fan is added in order to have the good printing quality and energy conservation. We can also upgrade with top infrared ray dryers installation.
